Current turnaround is 7-14 Business days , so please plan ahead of time. Turnaround begins once we have received your completed order along with your hair, and measurements. If you need your wig sooner please select the "Jump the line" option.

RETURN POLICY
There are no refunds on wig orders. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking. But no refunds or exchanges will be rendered so please, read the information above to ensure you are ordering the correct wig and making sure you understand the turnaround time. By submitting your order you are acknowledging that you have read and understood our refund and return policy.
